On Friday, Donald Trump signed a temporary travel ban which will prevent people from certain Middle Eastern countries from entering the United States.
Hours later, it was reported that lawyers from the ACLU’s Immigrants Rights project had won an emergency stay of Trump’s deportation order from Brooklyn Federal Judge Ann Donnelly. Unfortunately for them, however, this plan just backfired in a big way.
The NY Post reported that federal customs agents are siding with Trump and ignoring Donnelly’s order that travelers from seven Muslim countries not be deported from the nation’s airports.
“The court’s order could not be clearer… they need to comply with the order,” whined Omar Jadwat, director of the ACLU’s Immigrants Rights project. “It’s enough to be a serious concern.”
This comes as liberals continue to launch massive protests at airports all over America.
