Megyn Kelly has spent the last few months regularly attacking Donald Trump in an attempt to appeal to mainstream audiences because she never thought he would actually get elected president. That’s why it was clear to viewers that Kelly was becoming increasingly panicked last night as it became clear that Trump was going to win the election.
Daily Mail reported that Kelly lost her cool during last night’s broadcast as she slapped down Pro-Trump Fox colleague Eric Bolling when he bragged about calling the election correctly.
“Brexit, the Cubs, Donald Trump, all underdogs. No one saw it coming. I called all three of those,” Bolling said as the results came in.
“Can we bring up the ones you didn’t call?” cohost Greg Gutfeld shot back.
Bolling, a proud Trump supporter, refused to back down, saying, “Greg, I’ve been here since day one, my friend. I’ve called every single one of these through the primaries.”
“It’s not about you,” Kelly snapped impatiently, making it clear that her nerves are shot.
“It is not about me, you’re 100% right,” he replied. “However it’s about the country, the country has spoken and I do push back on the insider versus the outsider. He’s the outsider and that’s what they are ready for.”
Don’t be such a sore loser, Megyn! You made your bed, and now you can lie in it!
